Choose a camera, then start
Open the Motion Detector and choose Start monitoring. Your browser asks for camera permission then; the live preview stays on your device while the page is active.
Set the area and sensitivity
Set a reaction threshold, add Watch zones for important areas, and Ignore zones for movement that should not trigger an alert. With no Watch zones, the full frame is monitored except enabled Ignore zones.
Review local evidence
When saving is enabled, motion becomes a five-second event in this browser’s Event History, with review frames and a local video clip where supported.
Keep the page active
This is a lightweight monitor, not a certified security system. It cannot monitor while the browser is closed or the device sleeps.
